<p>PURPOSE:To produce the subject economical globe excellent in feeling in wearing, elasticity and cold resistance and suitable for a work glove, etc., by cutting a sheet composed of a high elastic resin coating film laminated to a high elastic base fabric into a shape of the hand, mutually bonding a pair of the above-obtained hand-shaped sheets to each other and subsequently forming a polyurethane resin coating film on the surface. CONSTITUTION:A laminated sheet prepared by laminating a high elastic resin coating film (e.g. polyurethane elastomer) 2 to one side of a high elastic base fabric (e.g. knitted ground fabric) 1 is cut into a shape of the hand and a pair of the resultant hand-shaped sheets are mutually faced and bonded to each other in a state where the respective fused surfaces 3 are directed to the inside. The resultant base material glove is put on a hand-shaped mold and the hand-shaped mold is immersed in a solution of a polyurethane resin dissolved in a solvent (e.g. methyl ethyl ketone) not having a solvent power for the laminated hand-shaped resin coating film 2. After taking it out from the solution, the solvent is evaporated to form a continuous polyurethane resin film 4 on the surface of the base material glove. Thus, the objective glove excellent in feeling in wearing, elasticity, water resistance, solvent resistance, cold resistance, etc., free from a problem of waste water treatment and suitable for a work glove, etc., can be obtained.</p> |
