PURPOSE:To enhance the light fastness of an optical data recording medium by constituting a recording layer of an org. dye layer containing either one of three compounds represented by specific general formulae. CONSTITUTION:In an optical data recording medium, a recording layer is constituted of an org. dye layer containing either one of compounds represented by formulae I-III (wherein R1 and R2 are a 1-6C alkyl group and Y1 is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a methyl group or a benzyl group in the formula I, R3-R6 are a substituted or non-substituted alkyl group, an amino group, a hydrogen atom or a halogen atom and Y1 is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or a benzyl group in the formula II, and in the formula III R7-R10 are a substituted or non-substituted 1-6C alkyl group, R11 and R12 are a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a substituted or non-substituted 1-6C alkyl group or an alkoxy group and Y1 is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a methyl group, an exthyl group or a benzyl group). |
