PURPOSE:To always perform reliable seal between a moving roof in its closed state and a car body. CONSTITUTION:A pair of roof openings 2 and 3 on both sides are formed in the front of a roof panel and the openings are simultaneously opened and closed by means of a moving roof 31. When a high external force is exerted during running and a front header 4 is displaced forward, a large gas is provided between the front header 4 and the front end surface of the moving roof 31 in a closed state, and there is a fear of sealing ability therebetween being deteriorated. Seal parts 101a and 102a of seal members 101 and 102 attached on the car body side are brought into contact with the surface, extending approximately in a horizontal direction, of the under surface of the moving roof 31. Since the moving roof 31 and the car body are not vertically widely displaced on account of an external force being exerted during running, contact of the seal part with the moving roof is always ensured. |
