<p>PURPOSE:To reduce variability of pushing force applied to pickle material and to uniform the condition of completion of pickles at every time by using an extra elastic spring as a compression spring to apply pushing force to the pickle material and pushing the pickle material. CONSTITUTION:A pickle container which is equipped with a vessel 10 to store a pickle material 11, a pushing board to press the pickle material 11, a handling part 13 to operate the pressurizing degree of the pushing board 12 and a compression spring 14 to transmit the pressurizing degree of the handling part 13 to the pushing board 12 and to apply pushing force to the pickle material 11 wherein an extra elastic spring is used as the compression spring 14 and the pushing force of the pickle material 11 is applied to the stable pressurizing zone of the extra elastic spring to reduce variability of pushing force and to uniform the condition of completion of pickles.</p> |
