PURPOSE:To perform easy and rapid coupling to a brake lever and perform high-precise interlocking between both brake arms by providing a means to regulate a distance between a coupling position where a brake wire is coupled to a coupling member and a coupling position where the brake arm is coupled to an operation part. CONSTITUTION:A wire coupling part 6 to which a brake wire 5 operated by a brake lever 9 is coupled is arranged to the one operation part 1a of a pair of brake arms 1 and 2. A coupling member 7 interlocking the other brake arm 2 with the brake wire 5 in a way that the one end side is coupled to the other operation part 2a and the other end side is coupled to the middle of the brake wire 5 is provided. A regulating tool 8 is provided for regulating a distance L1 between a coupling position W where the brake wire 5 is coupled to the coupling member 7 and a coupling position A where the one brake arm 1 is coupled to the operation part 1a so that the distance L1 is adjusted in the stretch operating state of the brake wire 5 to a set distance. |
