PURPOSE:To provide the manufacturing method for a resin and rubber composite bent hose provided with a resin layer in its inner face without forming creases on its resin layer in a good manner. CONSTITUTION:A thermal expansible flexible mandrel 20 is inserted into a resin and rubber composite unvulcanized hose preformed in the straight shape, and then heat treated under the given condition to contract the inner diameter of the hose, also enlarge the diameter of the mandrel 20 and make a clearance between said two smaller than the given one. After that, the composite hose in the state that the mandrel 20 is inserted therein is set on an outer frame and bend deformed, and then vulcanization molding is carried out in said state and cooled, and then the mandrel 20 is drawn out of the hose after vulcanization. |
