The side supports (11) are articulated in relation to the seat plate (10). The plate is provided with a raised formation (13) adjacent to its front edge, and the top side of this formation is connected via a band (14) with the two side supports (11). The side support angle in relation to the plate is activatable by loading the band. The band (14) extends from the upper side of the one side support (11) to that of the other side support and is fixed to the upper edge of the raised formation (13). In the unloaded station, the band extends parallel to the plate (10) at a specific distance from it. Its extent in the unloaded state is such that the side supports (11) adopt an angle of approximately 30 deg. to the horizontal plane. It is made of woven fibre. |
