The device can be used for production of semi-prepared meat products, for cutting cheese, vegetables and other products. The device comprises two consecutively mounted cutting units with mutually perpendicular guides (18) for the movement of cutting frames (19) consisting of reciprocally moving parallel blades (20). In the openings of the bases of the cutting units are mounted plates (21) with through slots (24) for housing the blades. The plates are provided with tail pieces located in the through opening of the adjacent cutting unit, between the plates of said unit. |
