PURPOSE:To prevent the sticking of foreign matter by forming a transparent conductive film of an inorg. system having 10 to 100nm film thickness on the other surface of the resin substrate of the optical disk constituted by forming thin films including a reflection film or recording film on one surface of the resin substrate. CONSTITUTION:Ruggedness of submicron order, such as guide tracks and prepits, is formed on one surface 1a of the resin substrate 1. A dielectric film 2, the recording film 3, an inorg. protective film 4, the reflection film 5, and the org. protective film 6 are laminated and formed on this one surface 1a. On the other hand, the transparent conductive film 7 of the inorg. system is formed on the other surface 1b (reading surface) of the resin substrate 1. The electrification on the other surface 1b is suppressed in this way and the sticking of dust and foreign matter is prevented. Then, the surface damage by the dust and foreign matter is obviated and the generation of the reproduction errors of recorded information, etc., is prevented. |
