PURPOSE:To obtain the manufacturing method of piezoelectric porcelain wherein warp generation of porcelain is reduced to the utmost without exerting influence upon piezoelectric characteristics. CONSTITUTION:Mixed powder of metal oxide composed of a system wherein Sn, Sb and Nb, e.g. are added to PbZrTiO3 as the main component is calcinated at 900-1100 deg.C. After this calcinated material is ground so as to obtain BET specific surface area of 2-8m<2>/g, this calcinated powder is molded, and baked at 1200-1350 deg.C in an oxidizing atmosphere. |
