PURPOSE:To obtain the title component wherein a ceramic substrate is provided, its bonding to the substrate or its component strength is high and its electric characteristic is excellent by a method wherein an inductor element which is composed of a ferrite magnetic layer, a conductor part forming a coil and an insulating layer as required is formed on the ceramic substrate via a glass layer. CONSTITUTION:An inductor element which is composed of a ferrite layer 3, an insulating layer 4 as required and a conductor part 5 forming a coil is formed on a ceramic substrate 1 via a glass layer 2. Alternatively, the glass layer 2 is formed on the ceramic substrate 1, the inductor element is then formed of the ferrite magnetic layer 3, the insulating layer 4 as required and the conductor part 5 forming the coil, and this assembly is then baked. For example, an MnZn ferrite magnetic layer 3 and an NiZn ferrite magnetic layer 4 are formed on an alumina substrate 1 on which a glass layer 2 has been formed, and, after that, a coil pattern 5 is formed. An NiZn magnetic layer 4 and an MnZn ferrite magnetic layer 3 are formed thereon. |
