PURPOSE:To use a mark sheet analysis means for multi-purpose. CONSTITUTION:A mark sheet analysis means 11 converts and outputs a mark sheet received from a facsimile terminal equipment T1 into mark information to be identified into a part to be marked and a part not to be marked. A mark sheet information collection section 13 stores the information of the marked part to a data storage section 14 according to mark sheet format information 12 with mark information registered in advance thereto. A collection result output section 16 sends text information resulting from editing the data stored in a data storage section 14 according to collection result format information 15 as a facsimile image to a facsimile terminal equipment T2 via a medium conversion section 17.
