<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the burden of program development by enabling a weight processing to be executed without using hardware which can be used for another purpose in a calculating device. CONSTITUTION:A central processing unit(CPU) 102 controls a frequency-dividing circuit 103 by program instruction stored in a storing device 101 so that a clock signal outputted from an oscillating circuit 104 is frequency-divided and supplied to CPU 102. Thus, CPU executes an operation based on the frequency- divided clock signal so that the operation is executed at low speed and the weight processing comes to be executed by only executing number instruction. Only the frequency-dividing circuit is added to pre-existed hardware so that program development is executed with little program instruction and few storage areas and the burden of program development is reduced in the weight processing, etc., where the low speed operation is needed.</p> |
