The invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing a homeopathic compound of general formula RxCH and one or more excipients, used for the production of medicaments intended for the treatment of disorders caused by metabolic errors and the treatment of viral disorders. In the general formula RxCH, x represents one of the possible hahnemannian decimal or centesimal or korsakowian dilutions and R represents the chemical substance responsible for the metabolic abnormality or viral particle which is the cause of the disorder. R acts by re-establishing normal function of the disturbed pericellular transporter systems with respect to itself, or by causing the elimination of particles from the cell. The disorders to which the invention relates are, as a guide and without implied limitation: genetic disorders, autoimmune disorders, viral disorders and intoxications (poisonings).
