PURPOSE:To quickly perform the joint control where permission/rejection of processing is determined by will decision of related persons by performing the fine control that only a specific processing is permitted/rejected for only a specific person and immediately recognizing progress conditions of a work of one another by notice at the time of performing the work by plural persons. CONSTITUTION:When processing persons, processing contents, and a processing object are inputted in an input part 1, a reference part 2 refers to processing conditions stored in a processing condition storage part 11, and it is discriminated whether inputted information meet the processing conditions or not to determine whether the processing in a processing part 4 should be executed or not. If information indicating that report should be performed in accordance with execution of the processing is described in the processing condition, prescribed contents are noticed to prescribed persons by a report part 5. If a condition of mutual agreement among plural persons is included in processing conditions, a response request report part 6 requests responses to persons determined in the processing conditions, and responses returned as the result are recorded by a response recording part 7, and a will determining part 9 verifies whether they meet the processing conditions or not. |
