PURPOSE:To send automatically alarm information to a radio telephone set for a premises-use MCA. CONSTITUTION:A central controller 2 controls connectors 6-9 accommodating radio telephone sets 10-15 for the premises use MCA, line controllers 4, 5 controlling the connectors 6-9 and the radio telephone sets 10-15 via the line controllers 4, 5 and the connectors 6-9. An external computer 17 in interlocking with sensors 19, 20 sends alarm information to predict or detect a disaster or the like by the sensors 19, 20 via the interface controller 3 and a central controller 2 having the interface bus to the radio telephone sets 10-15 for the premises use MCA.
