<p>PURPOSE:To transfer data from the remote place to the information processor by supplying the driving power from an auxiliary power supply to a modem part and a power supply control part at the turning off the power supply. CONSTITUTION:When a power supply 6 is turned off, the power supply OFF data indicating that the power supply 6 on a personal computer 1 is turned off is sent from a microcomputer system 5 to a remote personal computer 3, it is stored in a memory in the remote personal computer 3 for data communication from the remote personal computer 3 to the personal computer 1. On the other hand, a modem 4 and a power supply control circuit 8 in the personal computer 1 are driven by an auxiliary power supply 9, being in a waiting state capable of corresponding to the data transfer from the remote personal computer 3. The power supply command turning off the power supply 6 is transmitted from the remote personal computer 3 to the personal computer 1, inputted to the power supply control circuit 8 through the modem 4, turning on the power supply 6 based on a power supply command. Then, data is transferred from the remote personal computer 3 and the data processing is executed in the microcomputer system 5.</p> |
