Device allowing itself to be fitted to a badge to allow the broadcasting and hearing of a sound and/or musical message. The invention more particularly relates to publicity badges on which a sound listening device is fitted. It consists of a transistorised electrical circuit (3), a battery (4) and a loud speaker (5). The badge is held by fasteners (2), an orifice allows the installation of a spring contact (9) and an orifice (10) allows the broadcasting and hearing of the sound message. <IMAGE>
