PURPOSE:To re-edit document data at the time of requiring re-editing on the reception side and to immediately print it at the time of not requiring re-editing there by communicating intermediate document data in the case of re-editing of document data on the reception side but communicating print data in the other case. CONSTITUTION:When an operator uses a keyboard 2 or a mouse 3 to indicate communication of document data, a message 're-editing in receiver?' is displayed on a display part 1 to inquire whether document data will be re-edited or not, and a device waits for the indication of the operator. If the operator uses the keyboard 2 or the mouse 3 to indicate re-editing, intermediate document data is sent to a communication control part 8, and this part 8 communicates intermediate document data; but otherwise, print data is sent to the communication control part 8, and this part 8 communicates print data. |
