PURPOSE:To easily prepare the bulletin board of a desired format in a short time. CONSTITUTION:This electronic bulletin board is equipped with a format storage part 3 to store plural format names and files corresponding to these format names and a distribution storage part 4 to store plural distribution names and distribution lists corresponding to these distribution names, and the desired format name is selected from the format storage part 3 by a selection part 1. Then, the desired distribution name is selected from the distribution storage part 4, the bulletin board is prepared from the described contents of a file corresponding to these selected format names and the distribution list corresponding to the distribution name, and this is displayed at a display part 5.
