PURPOSE:To prevent power from flowing reversely from a distributed power supply to a power system by controlling the effective power consumption of a load device so that effective power detected at a linkage point may not be below a set value. CONSTITUTION:A power system 1, a power receiving breaker 2, a generator 3 and a load group 4 and a thyristor switch 9 and a resistor 10 are connected in series to constitute a device to control the consumption of effective power 5. At a linkage point, a measuring equipment 8 to detect effective power is added. In the case that a large falling of the load group 4 occurs for some reason during operation of this system, output control of the generator 3 is not ready and thereby generated power exceeds the power consumed at the load group 4. At that time, voltage to be applied to the resistor 10 by the thyristor switch 9 is controlled so that the effective power 8 detected at a power receiving point may not come below a set value. By this method, it is compensated so that power does not flow reversely at any time and thereby technical requirements for system linkage can be satisfied. |
