PURPOSE:To provide an electronic approval device which eliminates a need to stamp a document with an approval seal at the time of approving the document. CONSTITUTION:This electronic approval device is provided with an ID card reader 13 which reads an ID card where a specific person and the place of the image of his seal are stored, an approval authority discriminating part 31 which compares data related to the read person with data related to an approval authority person of a plan as the processing object to discriminate whether this person has the approval authority or not, a seal impression image storage part 32 where images of seal impressions are stored, a read means which reads the image of the pertinent seal impression from the seal impression image storage part 32 based on data related to the place of the image of the seal impression at the time of discriminating it by the approval authority discriminating part 31 that he has the approval authority, and output means 15 and 16 which display the read image of the seal impression in the approval column of the plan as the processing object and output it to a picture or paper. |
