AUTOMATIC INSPECTING DEVICE FOR POWDER ARTICLE

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide the automatic inspecting device for powder article which does not require manpower regardless of many inspecting items and many samples and contributed to reduction of the labor with respect to inspecting of powder article. CONSTITUTION:In the automatic inspecting device for powder article, a main controller 1 and plural terminal controllers 10 to 13 are connected by a communcation line 2, and a device 4 which reads product data recorded on a sample and a device 5 which sets inspecting condition data from this product data by the terminal controller 10 and records it on the sample are connected to one terminal controller 10. Automatic inspecting devices 31 to 33 which inspect dispensed samples dispensed from the sample with respect to plural inspecting items by the control of terminal controllers 11 to 13 are connected to terminal controllers 11 to 13. The main controller 1 is provided with the success/failure discriminating function to collate inspecting result data transferred to the main controller 1 through the comminication line and quality standards stored in the memory of the main controller 1 with each other.
