PURPOSE:To take measures for the trouble handling, confirmation, instruction, etc., of the automatic cash receiving and paying machine from a remote monitor device by a mutual communication which uses images and a voice. CONSTITUTION:The automatic cash receiving and paying machine 1 is equipped with a camera 5, a microphone 6, and a speaker 7 for making the mutual communication using the images and voice between the remote monitor device 9 and the automatic cash receiving and paying machine 1. The video output of the camera 5 is outputted to the monitor device 9, whose video signal is processed by a superimposing part 3 and displayed on a video telephone display screen formed in a part area on a CRT display part 2. In the case of trouble, a customer which operates the automatic cash receiving and paying machine 1 and an operator of the monitor device 9 makes the mutual communication using the images and voice to cope with the trouble from the monitor device or makes indications, confirmations, and measures for a recovery. |
