<p>PURPOSE:To transmit data and electric power only by putting an information medium close to the reading and writing device and to reduce the shock at the time of contacting between the both without spoiling the transmission space as to the reading and writing device which sends and receives the data and electric power to and from the information medium without contacting. CONSTITUTION:A hollow 4a is formed in one main surface of a base 4, a transmitting coil 2 is wound surrounding the hollow 4a, and a shock body 6 is so mounted on the one main surface of the base 4 as to cover the hollow 4a. Consequently, even when the information medium 8 which comes close for data transmission contacts the reading and writing device 1, a buffer body 6 prevents a contact noise from being generated and also prevents the information medium 8 and reading and writing device 1 from breaking or flawing. Further, the transmission space 7 which becomes small because of the buffer body 6 is recovered with the depth of the hollow 4a.</p> |
