PURPOSE:To ensure a stable output, by controlling a pulse rate for the passage of a reference pulse signal according to an output of a deviation amplifying means to facilitate the analog conversion. CONSTITUTION:A pulse generator 27 generates a reference pulse fr0 and fr1. The signals fr0 and fr1 are the same in the pulse rate. A rate conversion circuit 28 controls the passage of the signal fr0 by a passage rate R corresponding to an output voltage of a deviation amplifier 17 and produces an output frequency Rfr0 which is inputted into a rate multiplier 19 and outputted as a feedback pulse signal fp1 at a rate of a preset value H. A subtraction circuit 29 subtracts the signal fp1 an fr1 and outputs a feed pulse signal fp2 to a switch circuit 30. Then, the passage rate R is proportional to an input voltage ei and free from the effect of the frequency of the signal fr0 and the pulse height value. Therefore, the regulating of the pulse height value of the frequency Rfr0 enables the use of the frequency as analog signal simply by smoothing and the fixing of the frequency of the signal fr0 allows the use of the signal as pulse train signal proportional to the voltage ei. |
