PURPOSE:To issue an alarm of inhibition a user using the portable terminal for outdoor use when it is located outside the operation insurance temperature range and to prevent the destruction of memory data due to an unstable operation of an MPU. CONSTITUTION:The portable terminal is provided with a temperature detection element 18, a comparison circuit 19 comparing the output of this element with the voltage of a reference voltage part 20, a display element 21 which lights a lamp by the output of the comparison circuit 19, and an MPU 12 having a stop signal terminal. |
