CONSTITUTION:A thyristor is constituted of transistors(TRs) Q7, Q3, the TR Q7 constituting the thyristor is switched by using a TR Q4 having ON voltage higher than that of the TR Q3, and after holding the ON operation of the TR Q3 up to voltage higher than its cut-off voltage, the TR Q3 is turned off.</p> |
