The device for changing circumferential velocity of crank shaft, has a hydraulic cylinder actuator for changing folding angle of pivot shaft according to necessary changing ratio. The device comprises two crank shafts (1)(2), for driving a drive shaft (6) , inserted to shaft casings (7)(7a) in a line; connecting shafts connected with inner sections (1a)(2a) of the shafts (1)(2) by a connecting pin (1); crank (3) connected with crank rod (5) of the same length; shaft inserting sections (18)(18a) for receiving actuating shafts (10)(11) connected with folded connecting shafts (12)(12a) by connecting pins (14)(14a); hydraulic cylinder actuator (17) connected with the shafts (12)(13) by a connecting pin (15).
