PURPOSE:To provide the signal processor which can easily generates a musical sound waveform, giving a listener a feeling of listening as if the musical sound were generated by plural musical instrument from a source waveform in a short time and the electronic musical instrument which uses the signal processor. CONSTITUTION:The source waveform stored in a RAM A are transferred to a RAM B through an effector A and stored in the RAM B (step B5). Further, musical sound waveform data in the RAM A are outputted through the effector A (step B8) and musical sound data in the RAM B are outputted through an effector B (step B9). Through the processes in the steps B8 and B9, the musical sound waveform data stored in the RAM A are therefore given effect by the effector A and the musical sound waveform data stored in the RAM B are given effect by the effector B; and the output data from the effectors A and B are added together and stored in a RAM C (step B10). |
