This device can be used for delimiting the diversion of a traffic lane (B) to another lane (A). It consists of a series of substantially horizontal signalling arms (3), arranged at intervals from one another on the motorway portion in question, and having increasing respective lengths (L1, L2, L3, L4). Each signalling arm (3) is pivotably mounted about an axle (4) and can either be withdrawn onto a side of the roadway, in particular by leaning against a crash barrier (2), or deployed above the traffic lane (B) whose traffic is to be diverted. <IMAGE> |
