PURPOSE:To improve the outlook of a fixing part side by mounting the decorating tube having a neon tube to the fixing part by utilizing a mounting part and by putting the neon tube into a light emitting state. CONSTITUTION:The neon tube 2 and a transformer 3 which adequately puts this tube into the light emitting state are housed into a hard transparent cylindrical body 1 and plug bodies 6 are mounted to both ends of the transparent cylindrical body 1. A clamp 4 for mounting the decorating tube S to scaffolding is provided at the end of the transparent cylindrical body 1. The outlook on the fixing part side of the scaffolding built on a construction site and the stands, scaffolding, etc., built in event halls, concert halls, discos, etc., is improved if the many decorating tubes mounted in such a manner are put into the light emitting state. |
