PURPOSE:To decrease the complicated input work of an operator in the test pattern preparation. CONSTITUTION:By a data file preparing part 14, plural cycles of a test pattern are made into groups, and the data link flag is given and stored to the data to define successively the value of respective cycles. When the test pattern is prepared, the value of respective cycles made into the groups is inputted by the data including the data link flag with a test pattern group value input part 8, and by a test pattern converting means, the data of the data file designated by the data link flag are assigned and converted into the prescribed format. |
