PURPOSE:To save labor to peel off a sealing member in using a development cartridge. CONSTITUTION:A development cartridge 1 is put into a packing sack 2. The tip 5a of a seal member 5 is held by the edge surface of the opening 2a of the packing sack 2, and the opening 2a is enclosed by achieving heat seal together with the seal member 5. The packing sack 2 is ripped off from a cutout 4 to be opened. As the development cartridge 1 is taken out from the packing sack 2, the seal member 5 is ripped off from the development cartridge 1. When the development cartridge 1 is completely taken out, the seal member 5 is completely ripped off, and left within the packing sack 2. |
