Device for the measurement of the viscoelasticity of products, especially low viscosity products. The device is of the type comprising a male crucible (1) fitted with a cylindrical separating partition (16a) capable of being inserted into an annular chamber (9a) in the body (3) of the female crucible (2) and receiving the product to be measured, and means for driving about a rotational axis (5) one of the crucibles in relation to the other. The device is further characterized by having means (11, 12, 14, 15) for sealing off said annular chamber.
