<p>The device relates to medical engineering. A device for treatment of malignant neoplasms by local hypothermia comprises a power source (1), a controlled source (2) of electromagnetic radiation energy with radiators (3) mounted on flexible carriers (5), temperature transducers (6), a comparison circuit (8), a temperature setter (9) and a temperature control unit (10) connected to the control input of the source (2) of electromagnetic radiation energy. The device is further provided with a magnetic element (11) for fixing ferromagnetic particles inside the body of the patient, mounted on a flexible carrier (12), and with a unit (13) for removing the content of the neoplasm. The unit (13) includes a hollow perforated needle of a soft magnetic material, magnetically connected to a pulsed magnetic field source, a receiver-collector whose cavity is connected to the cavity of the needle and which is connected to a vacuum source. The device is intended for the treatment of solitary or multiple malignant neoplasms and their metastasis in any part of the human body.</p> |
