The flap consists of a base plate, and a collection plate at a distance to it. The collection plate has collection faces at angles to its main plane, and apertures, to allow water to flow into discharge grooves between the plates. The collection plate (2) has a thickness (5) of several mm. The depth of the collection faces (3) corresponds to the thickness of the collection plate. The surface of the collection plate towards the base plate (1), has the outlet apertures (4). The collection plate is supported on the base plate via rails (10). ADVANTAGE - Can be used even with relatively small radial distance between tyre and wheel enclosure.
