The double acting actuation cylinder has the ring piston (11) or the central piston (8) formed as a stepped piston. The ring piston has a projection (25) with a stop element (23) for the central piston. The effective surfaces of the central piston and the ring piston are so dimensioned in relation to the pressures acting on them that the central piston and the ring piston are moved to a mid position under simultaneously acting pressures.
