PURPOSE:To record the first copy in a high speed and to reduce the toner pollution by providing a prescribed developing device out of plural developing devices close to an electrostatic image forming means and a transfer part. CONSTITUTION:An image forming body 1 is electrified positively uniformly by an electrifier 2 while rotating in the direction of an arrow, and an image is exposed through a laser device 3 in accordance with image information from an original to form an electrostatic image. This electrostatic image is developed by a developing device 4A where a prescribed toner, for example, a black toner is stored, and thus, a toner image is formed. After the toner image is made easy to transfer by actions of a transfer precharger 5 and a transfer preexposure lamp 6, the toner image is transferred to a recording paper P by the action of a transfer electrode 7a. Thus, the first print with a specific toner is attained by the shortest path and the toner pollution of an electrostatic image forming means, a transfer device 7, and the feeding system of the recording paper is reduced because a cleaning device 10 and most of developing devices which are generation sources of toner scattering are arranged under the image forming device. |
