<p>The invention deals with the production of analogues of adenylyl (2'-5') adenylyl (2'-5')-9-(2,3-anhydro-β-D-ribofuranosyl) adenine disodium salt by the phosphotriester method. The pharmaceutical composition prepared according to this invention modulates the immune response of mammals, including humans, and can be used for immuno-suppression, after organ transplantation, for the treatment of autoimmune, viral, and lymphocytic tumor diseases and other diseases wherein immunomodulation is clinically advantageous.</p> |
