The communication system is program-controlled. By controlling excitation condition in the program modules (LAY1-4), technical information (vi1.1-4.1) together with data set-orientated information (dis, die) is intermediately stored. In the following program modules (LAY1-4) after a program module-controlled emission of the intermediately stored technical information (vi1-vi4.1) corresp. to implemented functions, a further intermediate technical information is formed and, together with the unaltered data set intermediate memory address information (aix,aiy), is intermediately stored in a first in, first out memory (FIFO) leading to the following program module (LAY1-4) where the corresp. data information is modified. USE - For information exchange between layer model-related program modules of communication system.
