The method for the anti-solvent electrolyte for an aluminum electrolytic condenser comprises (a) adding halogen-resistant triethanolamine to an electrolyte, (b) cleaning a condenser with halogenated solvent. The halogen resistant triethanolamine reacted with amine group in halogenated solvent prevents corrosion by forming aluminum chloride.
