The twisting disc for left and right twisted cables, where parts act as bearing for other parts to build up the twisted layers, has drillings and/or gaps to ventilate the bearing points of the twisting disc(s) and the tube. The air feed is at least partially delivered through gaps with a shape and size structured according to the air flow speed. ADVANTAGE - The system prevents build-up of material from the twisted strands, so that wear on the bearing points is removed.
