FERRITE GREEN BEADS AND METHOD OF PRODUCING CARRIER PARTICLES

摘要

A green bead composite for the manufacture of magnetic carrier particles of electrophotography is disclosed. The composite comprises a synthetic polyester or polyurethane as the binder for metal oxide and other metal salt particles. The dried, nonmagnetic green beads are prepared by a spray-drying process. The green beads so prepared are suitable for the production of magnetic carrier particles for electrophotographic development.
