<p>A method for searching a reinforcing steel embedded in a reinforced concrete. The method is comprised of magnetizing the reinforcing steel in the concrete under the action of lines of magnetic force radiated from a direct or alternating current magnetic field. After completion of the magnetization of the reinforcing steel, the lines of magnetic force are sensed by the sensor coil of a reinforcing steel searching instrument thereby to detect the existence and condition of the reinforcing steel embedded in the concrete at a high sensitivity and precision.</p> |
