<p>The invention relates to an ampoule with complete filling, and the method for using this ampoule. The ampoule consists of a shell, for example made of a plastic material (1) or from transparent, opaque or coloured glass, closed after filling by a frustoconical obturator (2) which passes through it, the shell of which has a wall fitted with an expansion compensator (3) in the case in which the elastic properties of the material used for producing the latter are not sufficient in order for complete filling to be envisaged. The filling orifices are fitted with a conical raised part (4) on the outside. Inside the reservoir, hollow spheres (6) are located, which possibly allow compensation for the effects of expansion of the liquid and are used to homogenise the latter.
