The base frame (2) has one or two hinged triangular flaps (29) on the base frame sides (9) adjacent the lateral support flanges (10a and 10c) which fold down when the base bottom is opened to form a chute for dispensing the container contents. The container base can also have four wall panels (27) which releasably engage with the base using slots (8) and hooks (22); and abutment means for either a top lift (34-37) or elevated (40-48) arrangement device to raise the container and allow the bottom to open.
