PURPOSE:To obtain the subject molding for an automotive interior part, etc., without reduction of physical properties by charging, as a liquid resin, an aromatic polyisocyanate, a polyol, a catalyst, a foaming agent, foam control agent, and a specified foam breaker into a mold in one shot and molding it. CONSTITUTION:As a fluid resin, an aromatic polyisocyanate (e.g. diphenylmethane diisocyanate), a polyol (e.g. polyetherpolyol), a catalyst (e.g. dibutyltin dilaurate), a low molecular polyol (e.g. triethanolamine) used as a crosslinking agent or a chain-lengthening agent, a foaming agent (e.g. water), a pigment, a foam controller (e.g. organosilicone-based foam controller), an assistant and, in addition thereto, a foam breaker composed of polybutene or a copolymer between a polysiloxane and a polyetherpolyol are admixed and the resultant mixture is charged into a mold in one shot so as to be molded. Thus, the objective urethane foam molding in which a high-density layer is formed on the surface can be obtained. |
