PURPOSE:To extremely easily form a new temperature zone of a high accuracy by setting a reference temperature to the temperature of a cold storage chamber or a freezing chamber which is previously stably controlled to a predetermined temperature by using a peltier element, and lowering or raising it lower or higher by a predetermined temperature than the reference temperature to form a new temperature zone. CONSTITUTION:A freezing temperature box 4 having a detachable peltier element 3 is mounted in a cold storage chamber 1. The element 3 is so mounted in the box 4 as to be brought into thermal contact with a low temperature side, so driven that the cold storage chamber side becomes a high temperature, and so controlled as to become lower by a predetermined temperature than the temperature in the cold storage chamber to form a freezing temperature chamber. Further, the direction of a current is reversed by a peltier element drive controller 11, the freezing temperature chamber is maintained at an optimum thawing temperature to about-3 deg.C be used as a thawing chamber. |
