PURPOSE:To improve a pure water manufacturing apparatus and method by utilizing reverse osmosis. CONSTITUTION:In the pure water manufacturing apparatus including a reverse osmosis equipment 6, a cooling device 4 is arranged at the raw water side of the reverse osmomosis device 6. Also, in the pure water manufacturing method by treating raw water using reverse osmosis, the reverse osmosis treatment is performed after the raw water is cooled. Due to the feeding of a low temp. raw water, the ion removal efficiency of the reverse osmosis equipment can be kept high. |
